nick isn't added if no comment entered on bug close

Description

When user closes a bug without a comment, it should be treated the same as it was a comment of a length 0. It means, just a [Nickname, Date...] should be added anyway. Also, the comment format should follow the format:

<Comment> [<Author>, <Date in the format YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS TIMEZONE>]

Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
