[patch] Order of housenumbers not correct

Description

The comparator for housenumbers isn't complete, it ignores annexes like a, b in 23a, 23b a.s.o.
It therfore could happen (depending on node order in the array) to get 9, 11a, 11 as result.
This patch corrects this.
