A way to overwrite/refine existing offset bookmarks

Description

In newer JOSM one can bookmark an offset in the image layers. But it's not possible to change those bookmarks later on (you've to edit the preferences file directly).
I'd like to see that JOSM gives the option to overwrite an existing bookmark with different settings when given the same name as an existing bookmark (i.e. the same behaviour you get when a file to be saved already exists).

Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Upliner.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
