ford=yes is much better than highway=ford

Description

Please replace highway=ford with ford=yes on internal presets.

A ford is just a property of a road and does not warrant its own highway value.
ford=yes follows same pattern as bridge, tunnel and other properties of a highway.

highway=ford is used more frequently than ford=yes. If migrating to the latter, no preset dialogs are available for major number of fords. Having both could confuse the user.

The deprecated tag highway=ford is handled by a validator test (cf. r4442).
