Description
under certain conditions, bing wms does not show the attribution overlay, you have to scroll some time to find it.
I'll add a screenshot.
Note: The "official" method with the slippymap plugin is all right.

Why don't we display the Data source and the link as little extra display like the filter texts are done?

Now that we have imagery plugin, is there any reason to keep the wms access method?

Yeah, for Bing, WMS and TMS access the new plugin supercedes wmsplugin and slippymap plugin I think, the only issue where wmsplugin is still good is for Yahoo! access which (in theory) must be loaded through the html api.
As for the bug report, it might make more sense to display the URL of the Terms of Use using javascript (e.g. a text that says TOU: http://microsoft.com/maps/something), so as not to have to make a special case for Bing in the java code. With regards to the logo not being visible on the screen 100% of the time I think this is a similar situation to a website showing a Bing map (or another content under and Attribution license) in a browser when the window or the screen is too small to display the entire page. It is generally accepted that websites are scrollable in the browser and if the window is too small, but it lets you scroll down and see the attribution notice, than it is okay too. So I believe seeing the Bing logo when panning around the map is enough, specially since you will almost always want to pan around.

I think the WMS plugin would still be needed to access the NAIP Imagery (http://www.apfo.usda.gov/FSA/apfoapp?area=home&subject=prog&topic=nai).

If you refer to Bing map only: No.
To the general functionality: Yes.

I was referring to Bing map only.

The tile size in the cache is 610x610 px. Screenshot is taken with original resolution (not zoom after creating wms layer).
I guess we'd need the logo on each tile if they are that large.
