Import Images gets wrong location on some photos

Description
Using the attached gpx & jpg.
If I load the gpx file and then select 'import images' the photo is not shown in the editor. The photo was taken at a time that is within the gpx and as far as I can tell the exif information is correct as is the trace.
This sample is from a much larger trace. Using the original trace the photo is shown in the wrong location. In fact it is shown in an area of the map that doesn't contain any gpx data! Some other photos taken during the same mapping session are located correctly, others fail. This is just a sample - the full set or other samples on request.

Have found source of bug - gpx time RESETS part way through track points in data file. Not a problem that JOSM should be expected to cope with.
Sample gpx file I've uploaded is in error but the original problem remains with the full gpx trace - unfortunately full file is 1MB and Trac throws an error if I try to upload it. Contact me for the file by email.
