Add node's default entry should respect locale

Description

Hi,

the default entry in the add node dialog should respect the locale. For example, the German locale requires a "," instead of a ".", but the default entry is always written in GG.GGGGGG and may be therefore quite confusing.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
