Extrude missing from the menus

The extrude tool ('x') is missing from the menus. I remember it being there a long time ago, but as I always use key shortcuts, I only noticed it recently while showing another mapper how extrude works.

Extrude was never in menu. It is a tool button in the left hand menu like select mode and other modes.

Ah, that's what you get for always using shortcuts and not the menus. You're right, of course. :-)
