Adjusting keystone distortion

Description
Besides moving, resizing and rotating, it would be very useful if one could correct the keystone distortion (de:Trapezverzerrung) in case the image plane isn't parallel to the ground.

there is no way to make perspective transformations in java2d that is used in PicLayer (and JOSM), you can use qgis to calibrate image before piclayer (I am not a specialist in qgis, but people say that works)
