error when click on file open

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. do something
2. delete all levels, the start screen with latest news is shown
3. click on the icon for file open

What is the expected result?

• present a file open dialogue

What happens instead?

• error message

Can't reproduce (Version 6064).

Sounds like a Java installation problem to me. Search this Trac or Google for "updateUseShellFolder".
