Zoom in to data after JOSM crash & restore

Description

JOSM crashed, when I launched it again it asked me if I wanted to restore my data. I said yes.

When it opened I just saw a blank screen, I had to press "1" to zoom into the data.

It should probably zoom in to it after a crash by default to aid confused newbies.

Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
