no snap in building mode — at Version 4

currently when adding nodes in building mode (plugin extension, w) there is snap only to nodes. IMHO snapping to ways should be implemented to be consistent with "add-mode": always snap, override with "ctrl". (Important for adding buildings with shared walls).

Second click perfectly snaps to nodes. However, there're no snapping to ways at all.
