no snap in building mode — at Initial Version

Description
currently when adding nodes in building mode (plugin extension, w) there is snap only for the first click. The second click doesn't snap to ways or nodes. IMHO this should be consistent with "add-mode": always snap, override with "ctrl". (Important for adding buildings with shared walls).
