Description
Editing existing untagged way with preset waterway=drain. Bug report generated but program did not crash and was able to save and exit gracefully. Using JOSM v 3334 and Java v 1.6.0_18.

Cannot really provide more information. I was just editing normally - i.e. working on an osm file in JOSM. I had created a way (with no tags) as the first step in inserting a waterway (an overflow sluice running from a canal down an overspill weir and into an existing way (stream). I selected the way, chose the preset waterway=drain and applied. Then the bug popup appeared. I cannot now reproduce the problem again. Sorry!
