Steps to reproduce:

• create a road
• add a amenity=parking next to the road, the node now shows parking icon
• create filter to disable amenity=*
• the parking icon is drawn over the road and obscures the road line (if not, zoom out a bit)

Expected behavior:

• the road line is drawn over the parking icon, making road line clearly visible
