Copy/paste tags as plain text

We are working on a semi-manual import of processed data from vmap0, gns and some cadastre data. It would be convenient to be able to copy / paste the tags as plain text (now, as I understand, the JOSM clipboard format is binary).

For example, it would be convenient to copy a set of tags "name=Ивановское + place=hamlet" from the source table and immediately paste them as feature tags or as new node.

Also it would be useful when reading and writinng wiki articles, where this notation occurs quite often.

The paste function can be combined with the commands "Edit|Paste" + "Edit|Paste tags". The copy function probably would have done separately, something like the "Edit|Copy tags as plain text".

I propose to support two formats:

1) for a few lines: key1 = val1<\n>key2 = val2 .... (<\n> = line break)

2) in the case of one line: key1=val1 + key2=val2 .... (default for copying)
