reverter plugin: version should not be set back

Description

Trying to revert a node, I get Server error:

Uploading failed because the server has a newer 
version of one of your nodes, ways, or relations.

Server has version 2, your version is 1.

Indeed, after download it has version 2 and after reverting the changeset it has version 1.

The version of the objects should not be changed when doing the revert action.

Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Upliner.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
