landuse=garages in missing

Description

a way with "landuse=garages" tag is not filled with color (and not is cosidered as polygon). Correspoding template is also missing in the menu (among landuses)

Both Osmarender and Mapnik render landuse=garages, please support this tag.

would also love to see this tag supported in JOSM.

landuse=garages is widely used throughout the former Soviet Union
