Description
At least when using a projection for France (Lambert Conique Conforme (CC) 9 Zones), the "Create areas" (key X) doesn't work anymore. The opposite line is parallel (that's OK), but instead of draging a rectangle, it drags a parallelepiped. So the 2 adjacent lines are not at right angles with the original line.
And it's very strange: when dragging out the opposite parallel line, you can see that the 2 adjacent lines are shifted with a fixed step, then go back to the orignal position after some steps. It's difficult to explain that (and I'm not english). You will find a image simulating drag with this tool and showing the shift (plain red line) and the hypothetical extruded line (dotted red line).
But it is a very annoying bug since I cannot create buildings using this tool.
