Please render a way: highway=cycleway with foot=designated like highway=path, foot=designated, bicycle=designated with different styles for segregated=no/yes

Sorry, it does not exist (source wiki).

But it is used quite often. Should be changed in data.

highway=cycleway + foot=designated is a combined (or segregated) foot- and cycleway. Cycleway has not ever been limited to "bicycles only" signposted ways.

It is much better to use path with proper access tags than have to know the country specific access rights.

Vote for a wontfix.
