Validator does not remove ways from relations

If I have duplicated ways and I ask validator plugin to fix them, they are silently deleted without checking if they belong to a relation.

If you try to upload it fails because the way is still in the relation.

Is this ticket still relevant? There seems to be some relation-aware fixing code in ​http://josm.openstreetmap.de/browser/josm/trunk/src/org/openstreetmap/josm/data/validation/tests/DuplicateWay.java?rev=4051#L192

For railway and highway with route relation, there is no repair option (anymore).

With boundary and multipolynom it works.

Please, tell the exact combinations of relation type and major way tag. Thanks
