JOSM doesn't show nor find token (negative) IDs — at Initial Version

Description
JOSM doesn't shows "0" instead of negative IDs if ID showing is switched on, searching for them ends with "Number expected".
This is needed, when debugging JOSM/Plugins - when error is shown in consistency test, I can't find affected objects.
