Add option to the orthogonoalize nag screen that allows not to show it again

Description

If the orthogonalize action can not work with the selection, a nag screen appears, but it would be nice if there was option to not show it again, as sometimes it gets in the way when doing lots of orthogonalizing.

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
