Download Dialog: Enable "OpenStreetmapData" per default

Description

After the very first startup of JOSM, when opening the download dialog, none of the checkboxes is ticked per default. I think it's worth a consideration to enable "OpenStreetmapData" per default.

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain framm.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
