validator: mark segments not ways

Description

Thanks for updating the validator so quickly. One thing that is a bit annoying is that validator marks the complete way if there are crossing or overlapping ways instead of the segment as it did before. So if you've got a very long way that overlaps at one point (one formely tagged segment) you've got a hard time finding the "tagged segment".
