Nodes, ways and relations in OSM usually contain timestamp attribute, which indicates when that object was last modified or created.

It would be nice to have some way for discovering timestamp of object(s) in map - perhaps it could be shown in the statusbar - now there is shown name of object under cursor, so perhaps timestamp could be shown there as well

Timestamps are displayed in the Advanced info (Ctrl+I). I doubt that there is a widespread need for timestamps in the statusbar.

Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
