Description

The preset menu is inactive if there's no data loaded yet. But if you add preset buttons to the toolbar they are available/usable. See attached screenshot for reference.

Preset buttons in the toolbar should be inactive as well if there's not data loaded

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
