#3509 closed enhancement (fixed)
adding selection to relation doesn't take care about the order

Description
If you select a couple of ways one after one you would expect that the ways are going to be added in the order of selection of them.
If you work often with relations, especially bus routes this is annoying.

Replying to Bürste:
Is it a feature to get the ways in the order you select them if you want to add it to a relation? *confused*
Don't get me wrong, I like your suggestion. It would be nice if the relation editor behaved the way you describe it.
In my opinion it's an enhancement because nothing is broken, is it? But it could be improved.
If we had an order on the selected primitives a lot of other JOSM features could benefit too. The merge node feature could use it, the combine way feature could use it. But currently we don't know in what order primitive have been selected and it would be a major enhancement to change that.

Should be fixed because the current selection in JOSM is now ordered.
