Description
The new Upload-form does not give the possibility to handle more than one open changeset, but to open as many as the user like. But he can't close more than the latest. That might lead to many open changesets if there is a newbie and he doesn't really know what he is doing, what use unneeded server resources.
Maybe we should only allow to create one open changeset with one instance of JOSM but give the possibility to upload as many time as we like to the changeset before we close it.

There's a "close" button in the upload dialog which can close whatever open changset you've selected in the drop down list to the left. Is there a problem with this?
And as singularita@… writes, there's a menu entry in the file menu. Click on it and you get a list of all open changeset. Select what you want to have closed and click "Close". Any problem with this procedure?
Probably I should have asked first: what version are you working with?

I use the latest which is three days old, because there were the bug with open a file again and loosing all modified tags in the file. So I just want to give the dev team some time to check if the patch is working.
I'll take a look at the most recent latest and maybe I gonna close this.

In "File" menu the item "Close open changesets" does not work?
