Default selection in upload dialog should be different for unclosed changesets.

Description

When I upload data and select to keep changeset open, the next time I invoke the upload dialog with more data to upload, the radio button defaults to "Use a new changeset and leave it open". I think it should default to "Use the existing changeset N and leave it open" in that case. If you forget about it, you will just open new changeset with same description as the old one.

Subsequent uploads works fine, as dialog remember that I selected to keep the changeset open.

Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
