Description

Loading an existing file should be shown with a dialogue or status message. Especially with big files it is not easy to know that JOSM still works.

It is also possible to get an hour glass?

Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
