Exception in Open GPX dialog

The error message appears when you use the open dialog to open gpx files. Browse to a mass storage device where the gpx is located on and disconnect the device. The error message will appear.

Enviroment:
Vista 32bit
Garmin etrex in mass storage mode.

Can't reproduce the issue. I get an error dialog box. See file attached.
