Starting zoomlevel of a blank OSM-layer

Description

When you start JOSM and create a new data layer, the zoom is lesser then 1m. And the problem is if you want to add a node, you could not see anything happen. It is better to set the starting zoom to something like 50m.

Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
