readd relation member selection feature

Description

Before the rewrite of the relation editor the following very useful feature was present:

  • Select a way which is member of a relation on the main window
  • Doubleclick the relation in the "Properties/Memberships" windows
  • The relation editor popped up and the corresponding member had been selected

This was a very easy way to edit the rules of the relations of a selected way.

Currently I have to open the relation editor and search for the corresponding member to the selected way, to edit its rule...

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
