Description
It seems that all pictures in the AgPifoJ-Plugin are shifted by one (there is an offset and the position in the map is not the one of the picture but of the picture after).

I'm working with already tagged pictures (tags embedded in the Picture). At the beginning, it all worked fine, at a certain point, they started to be offset be 1. You're right, this is no longer the case: it is working fine again by now (just tested).

I haven't gotten around to make a test myself. Please check if you are absolutely sure the pictures are shifted. The "new" matching works by setting the first image to the start of the track, almost regardless of the time it was recorded. If I remember correctly the plugin tries to find the first point in the GPX track and takes the time from the first photo and roughly calculates the time zone difference in 30 minutes steps. Obviously this is error prone and fails under certain conditions… maybe that's the reason? Or does it still happen with "manual adjust"?
