Relation list is not updated when deleting a datalayer

Description

When a datalayer is deleted and other layers remain, the relation list is not updated and shows all the relations that were on the deleted layer. This usually happens when there is one datalayer and a validation errors -layer and the datalyer is deleted leaving just the validation errors -layer.

The relations can be opened, and even edited, but no changes are recorded to the command stack. Also if clicking the download members button, there will be a NullPointerException.

Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
