error in german translation of validator plugin

Description

Validator labels leisure=track as "Erholungstyp GPS-Spur" which is definitely wrong.
Reproducable: create an unclosed way, tag it "leisure=track" and run validator on it.
There is a translation for "leisure=track" in josm: "Sporteinrichtungen/Rennbahn" which could be used here.
