[PATCH] problem with "unsaved changes"

Description

I saved an OSM file on a memory stick, unmounted it, and then made some edits on the data. When exiting JOSM, it told me there was unsaved data. I confirmed I wanted to save and exit, but JOSM told me it couldn't create the file on the unmounted directory and exited without saving. It should ask for a new filename if saving under the old name fails.
