build 1566.
when uploading, comment editing field should be focused and it's contents should be selected, so user could type right away without trying to select/remove previous text as needed.

Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
