Not copying tags with changes

Description 

1, Create some area(1) and tag it with your favorite tags
2, copy them by CTRL+C
3, build another area(2), and paste tags there. Modify some value for example street and housenumber and copy CTRL+C (area is still selected)
4, create some area(3) beside, for example housenumber+1 and try paste values. Values are copied from area(1)

If i unselect and select and copy area(2) tags after value change, everything is ok.

Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
