Description
what is the format of the file when saving with the wsm save in file function?
I could not reload the saved file into josm with the wsm load from file function

With changeset 17277 the patch is no longer needed. But the save and open dialog still does not offer extension ".wms". You have to choose on and it is also possible to read a saved file a again (using wms).

In current JOSM it is not even possible to save a file. The problem should appear first in r1949.
I attach a patch solving this partly: The file gets the wrong extension. But it is correctly loaded for example with an ".osm" extension.
