parking:*:maxstay:conditional flagged by validator

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. tag a highway:residential with parking:left:maxstay:conditional=2 hours @ (08:00-22:00)
2. upload change set
3. Validation results will flag this as wrong syntax

What is the expected result?

that the syntax is evaluated and not flagged.

What happens instead?

Syntax is flagged as wrong. I tried
parking:left:maxstay:conditional=2 hours @ (08:00-22:00)
and
parking:left:maxstay:conditional=2 hours @ (Mo-Su 08:00-22:00)
