Opening screen says I should update but Help > About says I have the latest stable version

What steps will reproduce the problem?

I launch JOSM using a batch file which includes C:\Users\msdn\AppData\Local\Programs\OpenWebStart>start C:\Users\msdn\AppData\Local\Programs\OpenWebStart\javaws.exe "https://josm.openstreetmap.de/download/josm.jnlp"

2. I wait for the opening screen
3. I read the opening screen

What is the expected result?

Screen should not contain a "you should update" message

What happens instead?

Screen contains a "you should update" message.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

I did Help > About, which confirmed that I am using the same version as the stable release:

Which version does it indicate on the start screen. Probably only the message is outdated?

Start screen also says version 19555.

Ah, overlooked the screenshot. Not it says active version 19277. Probably there have been issues with loading the start page due to the AI load. Issue will vanish with next successful download of the start page.
