What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Have a restriction relation with a via way
What is the expected result?
The icon for the restriction is shown where the turn is not allowed
What happens instead?
The icon is shown between the from way and the via way.

If a restriction is described with one or more via-ways the icon should be rendered at the node that connects the to-way with the (last) via-way.
