comfort0 plugin crash

Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Select many buildings with JOSM search option and copy data with "Copy as Level0L"
- Make corrections and updates with copied data into a text file
- Copy the renewed data into clipboard and afterwards paste them into the selected building polygons with "Paste Level0L"
What is the expected result?
Renewed data and normal work of plugin.
What happens instead?
Error message. Impossibility to use the Paste Level0L command at this session.

I might try, but these facts might be useful for the solution if they are of some significance:
-Before using comfort0 plugin, I used conflation plugin, too. I made a conflation between cadastre data and downloaded data from OSM.
-Several rows with copied data from JOSM into the text file were deleted and modified. There was unnecessary information. I didn't delete data as OSM way iDs or similar. Just unnecessary tags that have not to be uploaded.

The parser complains about a special character \u0442 following a '-'. So, the question is if you created a wrong syntax or if the data already contained the problem without your changes.
My guess would be a mixture of file encodings (utf-8 and someting else)
