"Update Data" opens a new .osm layer if one doesn't exist already

Description

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Start JOSM
  2. File->Update Data
  3. JOSM will show a "No data to update found" and open a new anonymous .osm layer

Instead it should just display a message indicating that no data is loaded and leave the user at the motd screen.

Resolution: → fixed
Status: new → closed

Fixed. It's not possible anymore to update data unless there is an active data layer.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
