Fout bij update JOSM latest versie mbt JOSM.lnk

Bij het bijwerken van JOSM krijg ik een pop-up scherm met de mededeling:

"Warning 1909: Could not create Shortcut JOSM.lnk.
Verify that the destinationfolder exists and that you can
access it."

Bij gebruik van de JOSM-editor voor het Humanitarian Openstreetmap Team (HOT)
kan die echter niet worden gevonden.

When updating JOSM, I get a pop-up message:

However, when using the JOSM editor for the Humanitarian Open Street Map Team (HOT),
it cannot be found.
