Please delete the plugin "opendata" from the harddisk and reinstall it. File seems to be incomplete or broken. MD5sum of the correct file is 819c5f48887cad47daec8ba3bdc07563.

• and folder: /home/cyrille/.local/share/JOSM/plugins/opendata

then reinstalled "opendata" plugin and this error are disappeared. :-)

Issue #24497 has also been resolved :-)
