Erroneous warning about crossing highway/railway when using railway=yard on an area

Description

According to the Wiki (​https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:railway%3Dyard), mapping a railway yard as railway=yard on an area surrounding the whole premise is a valid way to map railway yards, with the tag landuse=railway being implied.

However, when doing so and encompassing parts of a service road, JOSM raises a validation warning about a "Crossing highway/railway" problem.

I would propose to treat an area tagged with railway=yard equal to landuse=railway and thus exclude it from such warnings.
