Description

Greetings and thanks for the amazing work developing JOSM for the past two decades.

Josm is having an issue reading the contents of a .gpx file created on OSMtracker for android.
The following error message is produced:

"Não foi possível ler o ficheiro 'Estaleiro Jorge & Medeiros.gpx'. O erro é: The entity name must immediately follow the '&' in the entity reference (na linha 4, coluna 26). O ficheiro foi criado por "OSMTracker for Android™ - ​https://github.com/labexp/osmtracker-android"."

The contents refer to a company whose name includes a "&" character. I can't remember exactly wether I created some text notes with some company details within the file.
